With over 10 years of managerial experience in the engine aftermarket arena, Mr Williams has held many prestigious roles within aviation including as a Business Analyst at AJ Walter Aviation, prior to progressing his career at Vaayu Aviation Capital & Leasing (UK) as a Commercial Manager.
Mr Williams' broad commercial experience ranges from whole engine asset valuation, the procurement and sale of large engine inventory packages, through to the negotiation and full contractual management of consignments programs.
At Aero Engine Services, Mr Williams is responsible for the commercial direction of the business, including relationship management which surrounds the acquisition and sale of aero engine inventory.

Liam Evans
Head Of Powerplant
With over 5 years of engine management experience in the aviation industry, Mr Evans started his career at Vaayu Aviation Capital & Leasing (UK) as an Assistant Powerplant Engineer, before progressing into a consultancy role at TGIS Aviation Management Ltd as a Technical Services Engineer.
Mr Evans' broad commercial and technical experience ranges from complete engine shop visit management, Back To Birth records review and consultancy services such as engine pre-purchase and lease return inspections.
At Aero Engine Services, Mr Evans is responsible for the day to day oversight of the engineering department. This includes the management and execution of our consultancy services, technical review of all assets and inventory in addition to the global marketing of our brand.

Morgan Gronow-Brown

With over 16 years of technical experience in the aviation industry, Mr Gronow-Brown started his career as a Powerplant Mechanic at Nordam Europe Ltd. He progressed into a consultancy role as a Powerplant Engineer at AJ Walter Aviation, prior to becoming a Technical Engineering Manager at Vaayu Aviation Capital & Leasing (UK).
Mr Gronow-Brown's broad technical and commercial experience ranges from complete shop visit management, engine rebuild program management and Back to Birth record review.
At Aero Engine Services, Mr Gronow-Brown is responsible for the technical direction of the business, from acceptance of all assets and inventory, to business development with clients old and new.

Samuel Evans
Chief Financial Officer
With over 10 years of accounting and finance experience, 7 of which in the engine aftermarket arena, Mr Evans started his career as a Trainee Accountant at Sullivans Chartered Accountants. He moved into a data analyst role at AJ Walter Aviation, prior to becoming a Commercial Analyst at Vaayu Aviation Capital & Leasing (UK).
Mr Evans' broad accounting and finance experience ranges from day to day bookkeeping, the reporting of EU VAT & Intrastat declarations, and the preparation of monthly management accounts and year end statutory accounts.
At Aero Engine Services, Mr Evans is responsible for the financial strategy of the business, from budgeting, planning and forecasting, to the management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting.

Kurt Dominic Solon
Sales and Repairs Co-Ordinator
With over a year's engine maintenance experience in the aviation industry, Mr Solon, a graduate of the Cebu Aeronautical Technical School in the Philippines, works directly within the commercial department under the management of Mr Williams.
Having completed his U.K. Masters degree in Aviation Engineering and Management, Mr Solon's day to day responsibility is to be the focal point for all internal sales, repairs and purchasing activities within the business.
Utilising Quantum, Mr Solon manages the raising, processing and execution of all Sales and Purchase orders, in addition to supporting all key operating departments when required.
